A piece of China property @ Dasin Retail Trust

I find this kind of chart a little challenging to plot the trends. I like this trust as it is focus on China retail properties , one that is being focused by the Government - The Greater Bay area. It is even better as it provides high dividends as well. Once the price falls to the diagonal trend line, I would make my first purchase.

Food Empire Holdings - a multi bagger

I have this counter for more than a decade, so long that I almost forgot about it. It was invested using my CPF OA account. It was around 0.25 that I purchased it and it went to a high of 0.77 in May 2017, 2 years ago. There are two ways that the price action can move now. 1. To break out from the green diagonal line and head northwards. 2. To break down from the orange diagonal line and heads south. I will monitor for a period before deciding to sell this counter. Beside already being a market leader in the 3-in-1 instant coffee market in Eastern Europe, it is now making foray into the Vietnam market as well. Venture Corporation Ltd - a shorting or buying opportunity?

Rationally, the arrows on my chart looks like the next possible moves for this counter. However, the market in the short term is more erratic than we expect it to be. So, it is also possible that a rebound may takes place before the price close the gap, hovers a little and then close the gap. Here's DBS analyst coverage here .
